Papanghelis Theodore
Theodore D. Papanghelis studied Classics in Aristotle University, Thessaloniki (first degree 1975) and St John’s College, Cambridge (Ph.D. 1985). He is currently Professor of Latin in Aristotle University. His main research interests are in Augustan literature, Hellenistic poetry and theory of literature.
His published work includes:

He is co-editor (with Antonios Rengakos) of Brill’s Companion to Apollonius Rhodius, Leiden 2001, 20082 and of Brill’s Companion to Greek and Latin Pastoral, Leiden 2006 (with Marco Fantuzzi).
He has also published various articles in academic journals.
