Venue
The conference venue will be the Old Building of the School of Philosophy at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (see map)
Conference Site
• The Opening Session and the Plenary Addresses will take place at the main Auditorium of the Old Building.
• The Dinner Reception will take place on the 3rd floor of the Old Building.
• Rooms:
- Working Sessions with Oral Presentations will be held at the main Auditorium and Rooms 112, 113 located on the ground floor of the Old Building.
- Poster Sessions will take place at the foyer of the Old Building.
Poster Guidelines
Posters will be displayed at the foyer on the ground floor of the Old Building. Poster presenters will be provided with a panel with the name of each presenter on the top. Posters should be approximately 65cm wide and 95cm high.
The authors are advised to make available copies of a handout with the main points of their paper.
Copying facilities
We will not be able to provide any printing and copying services to our delegates. There are, however, many stores on Melenikou stress (across the Old Building) where you can print and reproduce your handouts. They operate in the following hours: Friday 9.00-21.00, Saturday 9.00-18.00, Sunday - closed.
